Joining is easy and free!

Simply bring your child to the credit union and open a Dollar Dog Kids Club account with an initial deposit of just $5 or more. You will also need to bring your child’s Social Security card or a document that provides proof of your child’s SS#. If your child already has a regular savings account at Option 1 CU, just give us a call or bring your child in and ask us to turn their savings account into a Dollar Dog account.

Dollar Dog Kids Club accounts earn the same dividends as regular savings accounts, but the kids receive special savings incentives, newsletters and birthday cards mailed home every year. Dollar Dog kids can also participate in coloring contests and win fun prizes. At Option 1 CU, it's never been more fun to be a kid.
